Cancellation Policy
48 hour policy:
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Late/ No show:
If you arrive 10 mins past the scheduled appointment time or no-show, you will be charged for the full service of booked.
***All outstanding charges must be paid in full prior to any rescheduling appointments, which are subject to approval.
Excluding: Severe weather circumstances, Pennington county school shut downs, 2- hour late starts, weather related -I-90 closures, or emergency related health concerns.
